Purpose
Statement
This program
is designed for individuals considering employment with medical offices
performing clerical functions. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal communication,
familiarization with administrative duties and skill development in clerical
functions,such as reception and scheduling, filing, billing, completion
of insurance claims, patient relations, medical terminology and technical
procedures.
