Office Receptionist (C)

Purpose
Statement
This program is designed to prepare individuals to work in office environments
as receptionists. Receptionists greet customers and visitors and after
determining their needs, refer the callers to the appropriate personnel.
They may be in charge of the reception desk, open and sort mail, schedule
appointments, prepare travel vouchers, etc. To graduate, students
must type 35 net words a minute at least three times on 3-minute
timings AND 10-key 160 net strokes a minute at least five times
on 5-minute timings.

transcript or GED Certification;

all college work completed at other colleges or universities;
- a copy of driver's license;
and
- a copy of your social security
card
