Step Aerobics/Cardio Mix/Muscle Toning

Step Aerobics - high/low intensity impact using basic moves on the step including muscle toning. Cardio Mix- high/low intensity impact with a combination of step, dance and kickboxing including muscle toning. Muscle Toning - resistance training and weight lifting with slow controlled moves using dumbbells or bands. These calorie burning exercises will help you lose weight and firm upper and lower muscle groups.

Middle Eastern Dance Classes (New)

Enjoy learning a new dance form that is also a great workout. Use most of the muscles of the body in a way that encourages appreciation of the feminine shape. Learn to love your belly! Wear workout clothes such as dance leotards and tights with no feet. Dance barefoot.

Beginning Tai Chi (New)
