Our Web site does not collect personal information about visitors. Specifically, we do not use "cookies" to collect information. However, students and instructors who log in to WebCT have more detailed records. Once logged in with a WebCT user ID, the browser, browser version, remote hose and WebCT user ID will be tracked throughout WebCT class activities. All actions taken by that WebCT user ID in a WebCT class are logged and accessible by the WebCT course instructor and the WebCT system administrator (at the request of the WebCT course instructor or in the course of diagnosing a technical problem). WebCT courses are archived once a semester after the completion of course grading. WebCT archives are accessible by the WebCT system administrator and governing body of the college or in the course of diagnosing a technical difficulty.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.

Our site uses forms for students, faculty, staff and visitors to request information, products and services. The information supplied on the forms is maintained by the college. You have the right to review and correct this information by contacting the appropriate office.

Personal information that is provided voluntarily to the college through use of e-mail or online forms is used solely for the purpose of assisting you, such as servicing requests for information, responding to inquiries or resolving technical problems with the Web site.
